I first worked with her for my wedding in 2022, where we put together three beautiful outfits for my engagement ceremony, mendhi and pithi - working with her was so easy, I gave my measurements and everything fit perfectly once received, and of course looked amazing on the day! She’s then been my go-to for almost all Indian occasions I’ve had since. I’m usually so last minute but she always comes through with options for me, and honestly I get so many compliments on the outfits I’ve purchased from her. She is amazing, and I’ve always recommended her so highly to friends and family.

Amazing customer service start to finish. I ordered my outfit for my brothers wedding aswell as another outfit that I absolutely loved. The customer service was spot in. Priti was so helpful with answering any queries, messages, sending me photos and videos as i don't live nearby. All questions were answered promptly. Was all so seamless. Fantastic experience with Priti at Black Thread. Purchased a ready to ship Priti Sahni lengha and it was even more beautiful in real life, fit like a glove (which I often find the issue of “one size” when purchasing from Indian shops). Elegant with beautiful embroidered detail. Great value for quality fabrics and craftsmanship. Received so many compliments. Will definitely purchase from Black Thread again. Highly recommend!
